Yesterday we learned how to use crystals during meditation for protection and to connect better to each other and connect to God, the earth, other planetary realms, our ancestors, archangels, spirit guides, and heavenly beings.
Today we are going to discuss how to use crystals for channeling the akashic records, how to obtain knowledge from the highest realms, and have what I call “downloads”.
Akashic records is a loaded topic, and yet most people truly have no clue about it. To most people it’s an esoteric word and therefore taboo and not allowed. But its importance and existence is far more advanced than the ability science, cultures, and religions have to comprehend it.
According to Brittanica.com: “Akashic record, in occultism, a compendium of pictorial records, or “memories,” of all events, actions, thoughts, and feelings that have occurred since the beginning of time. They are said to be imprinted on Akasha, the astral light, which is described by spiritualists as a fluid ether existing beyond the range of human senses. The Akashic records are reputedly accessible to certain select individuals—e.g., a spiritualist medium who conducts a séance. Akasha allegedly transmits the waves of human willpower, thought, feeling, and imagination and is a reservoir of occult power, an ocean of unconsciousness to which all are linked, making prophecy and clairvoyance possible.” (End article)
Just that description alone is enough to make any self-proclaimed trademark Christian demand this is not of God. But I assure you that it’s simply a lack of understanding about occult (hidden) knowledge from a religious, philosophical and/or historical science educational standpoint.
A trademark Christian is one who only listens to popular mainstream pastors, only asks for examples of scripture from the Bible and does not want to take any other ideas of energy and healing into their personal energy field. They may or may not like crystals but they typically don’t believe they are extensions of God or hold any special energy. They typically call anything that’s not mainstream Christian “new age.” They often believe others are sinning and worshipping the tools that are being used to heal and connect with God.
In its simplest definition: the Akashic records are pure light. And Metatron is a link connecting the pure light (divine) to the humans. If you go to sacred-text.com, there’s a search bar powered by Google, and it will search all of the sacred-text website using Google. I personally hate using biased and tracking sites such as Google, but it’s not biased when searching through sacred-text. “Metatron and Enoch” has been mentioned in multiple books and religions in the ancient past.
If you enjoy alternative thoughts and going against the grain theories then you’ll love this one. Christianity believes the ‘Prince of the World’ is Satan, but personally I do not vibe with that. Why would God designate him with any power? I much like this idea that the ‘Prince of the World’ is a once-human Angel placed over all of creation to pray with them and be close to them and help them be connected to God, the true King of the earth.
Metatron comes from Jewish myths and legends and does not come from
the Hebrew Bible, however it should be noted that he has over 70 names and also is dubbed “St Michael the Archangel '' in some ancient text known as the Apocalypse of Zerubbabel. Archangel Michael appears several times in the Holy Bible such as in Daniel 12:1 and Revelations 12:7-12.
7 Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. 9 The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. 10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down. 11 They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. 12 Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short.”
St. Michael the Archangel is a personal favorite of mine, so much so that I have him tattooed on my right arm. There’s a Shrine in Tarpon Springs, FL dedicated just to him. A little boy 11-years-old had a brain tumor and it was inoperable. He asked his mother for the St. Michael statue in their home so he could pray to him. He asked St. Michael to heal him. St. Michael appeared and said Yes, I’ll heal you. But your mother must build a shrine for me. The boy ran to his mother and said, “Mom! Mom! My brain tumor is gone! St. Michael said so! But you must build him a shrine!” The mom said, “Ok honey whatever you say. I’ll do whatever you say.”
She knew the boy was dying and she had no choice but to say yes to any request to make him happy. Well wouldn’t you know the tumor was gone! And now the mother had several red flags with the city when she attempted to build the shrine in her backyard in the middle of a predominantly Greek town near the springs.
She did what any good old southerner would do, and she went about it with the “do it and then ask forgiveness later” route. Finally the shrine was built and they told her it could stay! I have visited this shrine several times. I used to live in this town and even graduated from high school here. I drove past it for several years and never knew what it really was. One day it clicked and I got to spend some time there.

Some people have dubbed this energy from Metatron and the Akashic records as the “violet” or “purple” ray, and a whole bunch of what people would consider “new age,” but in my experience it, just like everything else I have discussed, goes beyond any particular religion and cultural practice. When Enoch became Metatron, he was designated to transcribe everything from past, present and future timelines. That’s a lot of responsibility for one being.
The realm or dimension where the Akashic records exist is going to be a color and frequency beyond any color we can imagine.
They say Violet or Purple Ray because our color spectrum and energy field to the visible eye ends there at violet just like a rainbow.
That’s our energy field.
Many practitioners work within this violet ray to help heal, obtain knowledge and help others gain access to this knowledge. Everything you could ever want to know is in there. The only reason you don’t have 24/7 access to it is because every part of you that would be secreting these all knowing, constant flow of creative juices in theta mode are instead bombarded by the lowest frequencies 24/7 in food (or phood aka Fake food), water, medicine, TV, radio…don’t you see? Literally everything is bombarding us since we are in the womb that shapes our reality. And that’s why subliminal messages are so powerful. It’s speaking to our theta mode.
When some people tap into this higher energy realm beyond the 7 main body energy fields, they may see shades of blue or bright white light.
But in my mind’s eye, I see a bright green color similar to when looking at a bright poison green Moldavite while the sun is beaming off of it. That’s the only color that comes close to describing it, and I might never fully recreate this green glow in reality in this lifetime. The more we sun-gaze and meditate we can see bright colors from higher energy fields and bursts of color can appear in our mind’s eye that we have no names for.

I can literally sun gaze for 30 minutes at a time, especially when the sun is rising or setting but because I’ve been sun gazing for over ten years, my eyes are not as sensitive to light as they used to be. I can sun gaze for several minutes at peak hours of the day and not have my eyes damaged by the light. In fact it’s incredibly healing to be able to do so. It boosts happy hormones, kills parasites, boosts Vitamin D, and regulates the circadian rhythm.
I’ve never in my life done a “seance” but I’ve connected with God, the archangels, and every good spirit around me and had downloads from the Akashic records. I have never had a bad experience. Anyone can access this information, and it does not have to be a specialist. It’s automatically a safe place because it’s moving up the vibrational ladder 🪜 to the highest clearest parts inside your mind. This is the heavenly realm. You’re already connected to it at all times.
Think of a tin can telephone. Think about how 2 soup cans (or paper cups) and a string pulled tightly between them attached to each end can echo and vibrate down the string from one can to another, and you can hear what’s coming from one can to the other.
That connection is always there. Just pull that sacred energetic rope between you, give it a tug, and let the answers you’re seeking fill you up and guide you.
I was curious so I had to look it up. The longest functioning tin can telephone was reportedly 796 feet long. That’s almost 3 football fields. Another was over 650 feet. Article with videos in the “nerd out” section at the end of the lesson.
Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy has a very detailed article on what they classify “Chaos.” I attached it in the “nerd out” section at the end of the lesson. The idea of the ‘butterfly effect’ is the theory that the flapping of a butterfly’s wings in one side of the world, such as Argentina, could cause a tornado in the opposite side of the world such as Texas, three weeks later. Everything has invisible strings connecting to the other with something better known as “quantum entanglement.”
This is metaphysics. Metaphysics is the branch of philosophy that deals with the first principles of things, including abstract concepts such as being, knowing, substance, cause, identity, time, and space. (Oxford dictionary definition).
To truly understand how to access the Akashic records, one must take a few steps back and look at how everything functions.
Just like how computers can all connect to the internet and share and transfer data, we are all connected by a quantum supercomputer aka brain aka source aka God.
Doesn’t it make sense now how we and everyone in the universe are all connected, as well as everything else in the universe? Just like how those pictures of syringes and cogs under Kirlian electro photography have so much energy. That’s why merely sending the signals in the right frequencies can attract the life you want.
When we focus our energy on everything we don’t want for example, such as a crappy living situation, maybe we don’t like the area of town or roommates, or we can’t afford a certain part of town, it’s literally our vibration and constant belief system that keep sending signals out to the world that “This is all I can afford.” Then add to that recipe of disaster how hard you are on yourself. Ultimately, that low frequency is going to be like 2 same sides of a magnet, repelling each other and pushing you further away from what you want.
Remember the classic matching game we played as kids? Flip all the cards over and turn 2 and see if they match. That’s kind of how this is. You have to look identical to the vibrational frequency of what you want on a cellular level.
Or a better explanation might be like how a key and lock work. One key will open one specific door and lock.
You have to be every part of its existence except the physical. You have to feel its very existence inside your aura for however long it takes, similar to a seed planted in the soil. It could take hours, days, weeks, months or years, but if you stay focused on the good in your life and keep watering yourself frequently, it has no choice but to come to fruition.
Maybe it will even go down just how you visualized it. Maybe not, but that just depends on how much of a match you are to it.
This is one of my favorite and earliest stories on manifesting down to a T, but I have several. When I was a kid the only trouble I wanted to get into was cannabis because it truly healed me on a cellular level. I had a really bad gut and lots of depression, so I was always looking for anything to numb the pain. It was the safest and even most beneficial alternative,
actually feeding my endocannabinoid system instead of harming me. Well my best friend in high school’s step dad smoked so much high quality weed we could roll joints from his long haired cat we named Mr. Bigglesworth 😂 and we were always finding ways to get little bits here and there. Well he would never offer to us at first but a couple years had gone by and we were just hot and miserable kids bored and painting in the garage.
I said watch. Your stepdad is gonna walk out here. Sit on the couch. Ask if we want to smoke. Smoke us out. Then say, “Here’s a little for you, and a little for you.” She laughed, and I laughed. We always had such a magnetic energy when we were together. We were just goofballs. It didn’t matter if we were high or not. Shortly after, here comes her stepdad with a little bong and some green. He sits down and says, “You ladies wanna smoke?” She looks at me and I look at her. As we got older we learned this man usually never allows you enough time to get anything cause he’s always holding it and talking. It’s his talking stick. Well wouldn’t you know, he got up and split what was left on the coffee table. He said “Here’s a little for you and a little for you.” We couldn’t believe it. And this can happen in any way for anything.
I’ve heard stories where people wanted a specific celebrity at their wedding and of course they had no connection with them or way to really ask, maybe don’t even have the money to afford them coming out. I heard how a lady wanted Oprah at her wedding but she was getting married at the 19th hole of a golf course, apparently some golf courses have an extra hole. And wouldn’t you know here comes Oprah Winfrey and even a couple other celebrities wanting to see this hole. So she got exactly what she wanted.
So to get what you need, want and desire the most, you have to take a few minutes each day, especially upon waking and going to sleep, repeating positive sayings that are in favor of you already getting what you need. This is how you begin to shift your vibration to a higher one.
Say: “Thank you God for providing me with _____(maybe financial abundance, a raise or new job, protection, a breakthrough in communication with someone, whatever it is you need help solving).” And sit as if you already have it for at least 30 seconds but truly as long as you can vibe with it and play with ideas in your mind of you already having it.
To get the present circumstances behind you, you have to consistently make a conscious effort to talk, think, and feel as if you already have what you want. Sounds crazy, right? Yea a little, but the more we walk around saying “If only this would change, I could do that.” Or, “I’ll never have that.” Or, “I’m incapable of doing that.” You’re cutting yourself off from the flow of energy that will bring it to you.
You’re putting a dam up where water would flow, metaphorically speaking.
Ok so now you’re walking around feeling like the Queen acting borderline delusional, maybe pretending to spend money you don’t have because you want a better life. It’s ok. Do it for 5-10 minutes a day every day. Be a high vibrational delusional being for a minute. Life is but a dream.
There’s a safe place inside your brain that is similar to importance in how cartilage has importance physically. Kinda makes me think of how Metatron aka Archangel Michael is the extension between heaven and earth. You know how cartilage is not bone and it’s not tissue, but it’s made up of both. Well in your brain there’s a place where you plan, create rough drafts, and make goals and lists called the frontal lobe. This is what turns electrical impulses and signals into building physical constructs of reality. When you create in this part of your brain it helps you become 60% more likely to make it a reality.
But a lot of people especially those with neuro misfiring issues, autoimmune, and ADHD are unable to stay in the front lobe. People with ADHD like me often think really fast and can receive and remember the info. We are just unable to work within the frontal lobe for long periods of time when our serotonin and dopamine are depleted.
Which brings me to my next point. Before we can truly understand how we can access a record capable of holding every single memory past, present and future inside it, one needs to understand how crystalline structures are in water and in crystals. The Akashic record is likely one big crystal.
In fact they have been using nanotechnology to engrave the entire Bible on one tiny crystal. The crystal is manmade glass crystal but is still silicon dioxide.
Think about how much info can truly be stored in a Godmade crystal.

Water has a crystalline structure when electricity ⚡️, metals, magnets come into contact with it. We are piezoelectric just like silicon dioxide is piezoelectric. It generates electricity under extreme pressure.
We are taught that water has three stages: a solid, a liquid, and a gas. We are not taught that there is a fourth stage known as structured water. It becomes H3O2 in our bodies. Structured water is living water. I won’t go too deep into it until Crystals 201 but just know our thoughts and emotions affect the structure of the water as evidenced by Dr. Emoto’s studies.
Ever wondered how snowflakes form? Each one is a unique geometrical shape based upon energetic frequencies. Dr. Emoto used high speed photography to show how water reacts to human words and thoughts. The results of studying water (in its liquid state) and snowflakes (frozen state) are astounding.

Silicon dioxide based crystals such as all Quartz, as well as Corundums such as emerald, rubies and sapphires may contain little pyramids that are etched in or raised out of the stone. It is believed that these crystals have the most access to the Akashic records.

Alright now you’re fully prepared and confident to go safely inside your mind and highest vibrational timeline and access these ancient texts. It is your birthright to have connection to this information. All you have to do is knock ✊🏼. Seek and ye shall find.

For myself, I had a ritual of coming home every day after a long 12-hour shift at work, taking a Dr. Singh’s mustard bath, or an epsom salt bath, or magnesium chloride, or whatever I could get my hands on, and I would allow my body to relax and let go of any negativity it was harboring. Whether it was something from the recent past such as someone saying something negative to me.
My job was an emotional roller coaster. Some days I would just flat out cry, and I couldn’t hide it, because I was overworked. It would be my fourth day and a patient walked out AMA while I’ve been working very hard on something for them. I know a lot of people don’t care about that and say let them go, but in my first hospital job our director made it a huge deal if we had anyone walk out, and it helped create the framework of how I was as a nurse.
So in this tapping into the Akashic records and releasing this dramatic incident, I was able to receive a download of info that helped heal me. It’s almost like I was going into the computer code and changing it around, modifying the thought about it and the reaction to it so that it does not harbor as a negative energy that manifests into a physical one.
You can do this literally any way. You can sit or lay. You can stretch, journal, light a candle, meditate, take a shower, go canoeing, go camping, roller skating, hiking, whatever your passion is. Going inside your mind for a few moments is crucial to getting those downloads. In the physical act of doing whatever you choose, you want to consciously be opening up and reaching out for the highest levels of frequencies. There are YouTube videos where you can get a guided meditation into the Akashic records. Or you can find a frequency to listen to while you zone out.
It is completely possible to have tapped into this realm without realizing it. I kid you not when I say my mother was inspired to write an entire book after placing a Mexican Mayan pyramid-shaped calcite on top of her head and fell asleep. The book is about Mars.
We all want a better life and most of us want to help others, but then many of us who have had it ingrained in our lives that we must follow the beaten path, work hard, don’t ask questions, we should keep the same job forever, and just stay where we are our whole lives.. that does not feel emotionally fulfilling to many of us. We came for so much more. We came to create everyday just like children do. Somewhere along the way our classroom setting weaseled out all musical and artistic abilities till there’s hardly a spark of originality left.
Ok so now you’re sitting on the floor with some incense going or an essential oil diffuser, and maybe some frequencies. Remember these are tools that help cleanse negative energy and shift the energy to a higher vibration.
You’re holding crystals in your hand or placing them within your energy field. Or you can lay down and place them along your energy fields on your front side or have someone place them along your back.
Now you’re going into theta mode and saying your prayers. Deep breathing exercises during this time will help move stagnant energy, increase blood flow and help boost nitric oxide. Learning breathing techniques such as Wim Hof exercises can be beneficial to you. Step by step in the “nerd out” section at the end of the lesson.
YH WH means to inhale and exhale. The name Yahweh, God’s real name, means to breathe in and out. That’s life. That’s Orgone energy.
Now the energy around you is vibrating higher. The energy within you is moving and you’re vibrating higher. Now you want to either relax and let things come to you. Or you can ask a question specific to what answers you’re seeking. We may not always get our a-ha moment or download right away. It can come in different ways. Just be open to receiving the energy and answers you’ve asked for. Sit in theta mode as long as you can and say “thank you” for giving me access to this information.
The practice of letting your mind go blank during meditation isn’t always an easy task, but when you perform it you may notice intrusive thoughts. These are what need to be healed the most. Take a moment to see whatever thoughts pop up.
Recognize them. Maybe you need to feel this again, or maybe you need to have a better connection to what happened or closure so to speak. Then if it’s predominantly negative thoughts coming up, take a moment to reprogram your thoughts. If you were ever abused as a child then self-worth can be an issue.
Then tell yourself “I am worthy. I am worthy.” And meditate on those thoughts. You may have wonderful dreams afterward and downloads of healing information in the near future. Oftentimes I may dream about a scenario similar to what has happened to me growing up, but I am able to put the wrong person in their place in my dream. Which is something I wasn’t able to do in real life. This is healing on a cellular level.
You can visit angelic earthly realms or planetary realms when you are on your astral journey to the Akashic records. There are many places on earth that are powerful vortexes.
While it’s more desirable to visit these places in real life, you can access them energetically. I saw and visited Mt. Shasta in my mind’s eye several years before I got to see it with my own 2 eyes. It was just as amazing. It is the root chakra of the world.

Or maybe you’re looking for answers to something else such as how to go back to school, get a car, write a book, find true love, or how to strengthen your instinct. Literally anything past, present and future can be accessed here.
You can also alter and ask for certain things to be re-written. Maybe you want memories of certain things that cause PTSD or anxiety in your daily life to disappear. You can ask for guidance and help to rewrite the code connected to these memories. The code is tied to the emotions and feelings associated with the behavior and thought processes that lead to physical disturbances in your life.
That knee jerk reaction you get when you see or hear something that reminds you of a terrible memory is deeply rooted and can be re-coded while you’re visiting the Akashic records. It could be anything from a song to a saying or a physical item that may have ties to many subconscious layers of emotions in your life.
Once you ask questions and allow time to absorb the energy from these higher realms, take some time to come back and adjust your energy. Now stay in the receiving mode and keep a journal handy for all the thoughts and ideas that come to you. Remember to make lists and plan and be proactive so that you can be a magnet to that which you seek!
