Working with crystals and energy is truly my passion, as well as working with individuals to strengthen the relationship between the tools God provided for us to use and how they work within our own bodies and energy fields. Take an extra mental note on the part that says the heaven was clear as water. Because above the firmament that’s exactly what is up there, and that’s exactly why the sky is blue. As above, so below.
Quartz is actually under pressure and made of Silica and Oxygen particles, SiO2. Quartz is used in cellular devices, watches, and just a tiny chunk big enough for a watch or phone pulsates with a precise frequency of 32,768 times/second in response to the electronic charge. They started to use quartz in watches in 1970s. Quartz is a device for generating currents after discovering its piezoelectric abilities. Each energy field in the body is associated with a color of the rainbow: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. Then we have pink, black, white, clear, brown, and many other colors that are associated with higher and lower ethereal (other worldly) energy fields such as metals like copper, gold, silver, platinum and metallic colors. Below is a chart of each color and some popular crystals and stones associated with them, as well as the energy field of the body it affects, and a short synopsis on what the stone can be used for. Stones and crystals are made up of certain minerals which are known to carry specific frequencies and attributes. Over time, working and getting to know the energies in each crystal, you’ll be able to pick up subtle changes that may contribute to carrying the stone within your vibration.
For this first day of learning about how to work with crystals, I have prepared a basic chart of common crystals, their general chemical and mineral makeup, some interesting scientific tid-bits, as well as how they have influenced myself and others with their energies and frequencies over the years. This is not every stone out there, but this is hours upon hours of research for verification combined with years of experience. Within these descriptions I hope you can see how crystals can be used for general well-being and balancing energy fields. Hopefully after learning these stones you will easily be able to differentiate and recognize common chemical makeup of other stones that you learn about going forward in your daily practice.
Each day over the course of the week, we will go a bit further into using the crystals in a multitude of ways. I hope you can see now how very powerful crystals are and how they can in good conscience be used to balance your energy field. If you are ill, you can supplement with a crystal, stone (and/or a metal) of a specific color for that area. Such as if you have a cough and cold, you could use blue aventurine in your vibration to help relax the lungs and throat.
