I began my journey in healthcare as a nurse in 2010. I started formulating my own movement and it became real life by 2016. I had just one simple but unwavering intention: to care for people the way I knew was truly possible — with heart, intuition, compassion, and truth.

As a nurse, I witnessed both the beauty and the limitations of traditional healthcare. Over time, it became clear that something essential was missing. The system focused heavily on protocols and procedures, yet often overlooked the deeper layers of healing — energy, emotion, faith, and frequency.

In 2024, I made the decision to step fully into sovereignty. I chose to create a lawful, private foundation where I could serve without compromising my integrity or silencing the modalities I knew were helping people.

Carpe Diem Nursing Sovereign is my personal practice — rooted in natural, frequency-based support and holistic tools such as energy patches, CBD and orgone. My work honors the body as more than physical, recognizing that true wellness involves energetic balance, emotional alignment, and conscious choice.

This path is not about rejecting medicine — it is about restoring wholeness. It is about caring for people in a way that feels honest, intuitive, and deeply human.
